Their is nothing worse than buying a product or signing up for a service, and a few days later you see something like "50% off" or "free shipping plus free gift". Or the absolute worst is when you are about to buy a product and you specifically ask the company if a new version is coming out soon so you can wait and get that new version, the company says NO, and a month later a new version comes out. But let's stay on the main topic here:
Their are certain products I will no longer buy, and certain services I will no longer use....because all they do is run promos or give products or services away....for new customers only or I don't win. Your company may be gaining new customers, but your company also just lost a loyal customer. How 'bout companies show some loyalty to their current customers? Oh, I forgot, that's not how the game is played. You can give me the middle finger, but just remember, I can give the middle finger to your company as well.
